The Pascoe Family
Joe gained knowledge and the art of creating at an early age when he began helping his father build homes. He continued to work throughout highschool and college where he earned a business degree from Slippery Rock University. In 2013, Joe decided to branch off and start his own company. He currently lives in New Castle, PA with his wife Megan and two boys that keep them very busy!

Joe serves on multiple boards and is involved with several community-based organizations. Joe currently holds the elected position of Shenango Township Supervisor (6yr term ending in 2031) as well as Treasurer of the Shenango Athletic Association.

Joe is a proud alumnus of Shenango Area School District where his 2 sons currently attend school. Through JPascoe Contracting, the Pascoe Family sponsors and supports all things Wildcat related and enjoy watching our 2 very active sons participate in several activities including Marching Band, Basketball, Baseball, Cross Country, Concert Band, and Junior National Honor Society.

Joe, and wife Megan, have both volunteered countless hours to coaching and promoting youth sports and activities within the community. We believe that advocating to give youth the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities will teach them valuable life skills.
